Rebecca Berg

Rebecca Berg, who writes about news and politics for the Above The Fold column, is the founder and site administrator of ColumnVI.

When she is not reporting from the Missouri state Capitol for the Columbia Missourian and Missouri Digital News, one can find Rebecca at the University of Missouri, where she is pursuing majors in journalism and political science.  Rebecca is actively involved in the Society of Professional Journalists, the Journalism Student Council, Journalism Ambassadors and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

In her not-so-copious free time, Rebecca can be spotted toting a reporter’s notebook and drinking inordinate amounts of coffee.  In the future, she hopes to pursue political journalism at the professional level, travel the world, and meet Anderson Cooper.
