Metamorphosis

by Rebecca Berg on December 25, 2009

GaolbirdLast year, this blogger got bored. The result was this Web site, a modest attempt at carving out a niche in this wide world of blogging. One year later, much to my surprise (and, perhaps, yours), the little blog born of boredom is still around; we’re still writing, and you’re still reading.

Now, this blogger is bored again. The result will be this Web site, transformed into something new. Over the course of the next few weeks, you’ll notice a few changes. Not everything will work, and not every digital noodle I throw at my computer screen will stick. (The same, apparently, goes for metaphors.) But by the end, you’ll be left with a more readable, aesthetically pleasing site.

So, dear readers, I hope you’ll bear with me and this blog as we experience our growing pains and test our limits. Who knows where we’ll end up?

So far I like the revisions. The new layout of previous entries is pretty easy on the eyes and very intuitive. Good luck.
